Project-based collaboration on the basis of a service or work contract. Temporary agency work (Arbeitnehmerüberlassung) is not part of our service model. Depending on the project, we work in a contracting model through Delvera or as a referral partner with a direct contract between the consultant and you.

Costs depend on role, seniority, skill specialisation, location model, duration and project scope and setup. An engagement over 12 months can be priced differently from one over 3 months. That is why we agree the budget range with you before we present profiles, so you only receive proposals that fit technically and commercially.

If the fit is not right technically or in communication, we first clarify the cause together with you and the specialist and define concrete improvement measures. If there is no reliable improvement within two weeks, we initiate the replacement.

Technical direction and acceptance stay with you or within the agreed project setup. Delvera remains your central point of contact for alignment, communication, commercial topics, change requests and escalation. You do not need to work with our delivery partners in the background.

Data protection is clarified before the project starts. Where personal data is processed on your behalf, we conclude the required data processing agreements. Access is limited to the systems and data the project needs and agreed with you. For access from countries outside the EEA, we agree appropriate safeguards such as EU standard contractual clauses where required.

In the contracting model, we ensure a clearly entrepreneurial setup: the consultant performs the services independently, with no integration into your organisation and no extensive instructions on time, place and manner of work. What counts is how the project is actually carried out, not only the contract. In case of doubt, a status determination procedure with the German pension insurance can be used before the project starts.
